Tell us what you want,  or let us plan your next event. Our team will work with you to perfect your menu and the food will be prepared in our kitchen and transported to the event venue for service. Our various service options include:

 

Full Service: Our staff will work with you to customize the perfect menu for your event and will manage the set-up, and deliver the food to your home.  If you require it, we will dress your table for you.  We do not, as a rule, provide wait staff service, bar tenders or clean up, but for a special occasion we will do our best to assist you.

 

Butler Service: Our staff will pass some items, while others are prepared and placed throughout the event. Requires one additional staff member per 10 guests.

 

Drop-off Deluxe: Our staff will prepare, deliver and set-up your event with platters, service ware, garnishes and decorations. Our team will return the following week to pick-up cleaned items.

 

Pick Up Service: Prepared food will be ready in disposable plastic or aluminum pans for the hosts to arrange on their personal platters. Some re-heating may be necessary for hot items.  For our BBQ package, meats will be marinaded and ready for you to cook.
