This coming season, we are going to....

 

Grab your passports, and bring your choice of wine or cocktail.  Fasten your seatbelts, because we are traveling far and wide!!!

 

All dinners are plated and served. Each includes three courses.  You may nominate up to two of your guests for private events to serve as sous chefs for the evening.  The appetizer and dessert will be prepared ahead of time, and your designated guests will work with us to prepare the main course.

 

For our monthly plated dinners, reserve your place at the next table by filling out the "Join The Gourmet Club!" form under the "About Us" tab - please specify which country you want to travel to, and we will get back to you with menu options, and to discuss timing and cost.  If you are coming with us on one of these adventures, please arrive on time, and bring your own beverage, but please drink responsibly.  

 

Please remember, you can book your own dinner with two weeks notice with meal options that are not in this group, for your own private group.  Just fill out the form, and we will call you to plan your special night, and work out the menu, decor, music and additional special request items.

January - Thailand

Satay and peanut sauce, green curry with Jasmine rice, hints of lemongrass and basil, let's plan your trip to this exotic location.

 

To make it more authentic, bring coconut based cocktails, travel brochures and plan your next trip! 

February - Greece

Seasoned potatoes and souvlaki, Greek salad and tzatziki.....OPA!!! Lets grill up some calamari or roll up some vine leaves.

 

Don't forget the Ouzo!!!

March - India

Basmati rice, it's where it all starts.  Lamb curry, or tandoori chicken - naan and raita.  Tell us what Indian food you crave.

 

Saffron and turmeric, a little heat to add to those cooling nights.

 

Get your friends to dress up in saris - we will supply the music to set the mood.

 

 

April -
East Africa

Portugese East Africa - how about some peri peri chicken.  Or perhaps mishkaki lamb - marinaded in yogurt and spices.  

 

Come on this safari, and be prepared to savour the flavours of peppers and garlic.

 

Effective 2018, we have made the decision to focus exclusively on our "Gourmet Club" activities, and will no longer offer off-site catering.
